Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, enquiry type and message, and, if you choose to provide them, your company or organisation, phone number and country.
Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure.
No cookies and no analytics. The website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- read and respond to your enquiry, and follow up on it;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you;
- protect the website against spam and misuse.
We use it only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use one service provider to run the website:
- Hostinger hosts the website and our email. It processes the technical data described above and delivers contact form messages to our mailbox at info@kwh.so.
Hostinger processes information on our behalf and only as needed to provide its services. Its servers may be located outside Somalia, including in the European Union.
Links to other services
The website links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps. If you follow those links, the provider of that service handles your information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and our correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them. Technical data is kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operation of the website.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@kwh.so. We respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
The website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children.
