Time-of-use flexibility for water utilities
A model in which the utility offers low-cost midday solar electricity to large, predictable consumers such as water utilities, who store it in on-site batteries for use when supply is more expensive. kWh assessed the technical and commercial feasibility, with kWh operating the energy management system that coordinates demand, storage and generation.
